DUNE! high summer press event

Hi guys,

Today I went to have a look at some shoes!! who doesn't love shoes?!
Today was the showcasing of Dune's high summer collections. Dune are known for their matching shoe and bag sets so look out for their awesome bags too! Go on, have a look at the pictures I took. Enjoy!

The bag actually reminds me of an Orange! that fruity smell reminds me of summer!

Sandals are always a popular option during summer months I guess!

Matching shoe and clutch. This is something that my mother would pop on with her Nigerian attire. Groovy!

Love me a bit of leopard skin! We have been seeing that a lot lately haven't we...does Burberry ring any bells?

Some adorable flats! I always go for the black option and I haven't a clue why! I have sooo many black flats it's unreal!

LIPSY press day, hair by Marco Aldany!

I attended the Lipsy press day last week. It was not like other press events I've been to. I got my hair done! The press event was held at Marco Aldany hair Salon! where they offered free manicures and hair makeovers! It was super fun!. Take a look at their SS/13 collection below..

Loved this maxi dress, does it not make you want the sun to come out like, now! Would totally glam this up with a giant floppy hat!!

The ladies did a fabulous job with my hair, thanks to you all! The curls stayed on for days!

I like this silk pyjama look. It takes me back to the nineties when the US girl group known as TLC had silk pyjamas on in their "creep" video! cool!











By far the best dress out of the entire collection for me. The top is just gorgeous!



Woolly hats!



This collection reminds me of a Halloween party- not in a bad way though; a stylish Halloween party then. This might be because of the nude and dull-ish make-up chosen for the catwalk. Nevertheless I am intrigued by the material and details used in this collection. I admire the gold that is used in some of his pieces.

Tom Ford

I have been waiting for this particular showcase. Tom Ford is said to be the reason why so many US buyers have flown over to LFW! So lets have a look at what he had to offer..

Extremely impressed with this collection! It's colorful, classy and experimental. I think he has definitely impressed us all. I guess the buyers will have something special to take back to the US!
